Facial Scanner

At the Estanislao Planas Dental Clinic, we use the Shining 3D Dental Facial Scanner by MetiSmile to deliver state-of-the-art treatments. This innovative device enables us to capture highly precise facial images and integrate them with intraoral data, allowing us to make more accurate and personalised diagnoses.

Thanks to this technology, we can plan and design dental prostheses and aesthetic treatments with the utmost accuracy, ensuring natural-looking, satisfactory results.

The Shining 3D Dental Facial Scanner by MetiSmile is an invaluable asset in our pursuit of excellence in dentistry, providing a more comfortable and efficient experience for our patients.

3D CBCT Panoramic

3D dental radiology enables us to obtain clear, comprehensive images of your mouth. This allows us to make an accurate diagnosis of any dental conditions you may have and plan your treatment effectively, whether that involves tooth extraction, implant placement or any other procedure.

Thanks to this technology, we can go far beyond traditional diagnostic methods such as impressions. It makes it easy to assess bone density and identify any changes over time. If you lose a tooth, your bone levels may decrease, so it is important to undergo treatment, such as a dental implant, as soon as possible.
In addition, 3D technologies for your teeth involve minimal radiation, posing no health risk.

Intraoral Scanner

The intraoral scanner is a technological tool that offers significant benefits to patients and dental professionals alike, including dentists, orthodontists, implantologists and prosthodontists. It enables highly detailed digital impressions of the mouth’s topography, saving time and reducing the discomfort associated with traditional tray-based impressions. It enables extremely detailed records of the mouth and teeth to be taken.

These digital records allow oral health professionals to plan dental, orthodontic and implant treatments more effectively. For this reason, our dental clinic is equipped with a high-definition intraoral scanner from the world’s leading manufacturer.

Zoom Whitening

Zoom is a widely used whitening procedure, both nationally and internationally, for lightening discoloured enamel and dentin. Discolouration can result from consuming coffee, tea, cola and red wine, or from smoking. The ageing process can also stain and darken teeth. The in-clinic Zoom whitening procedure uses a Zoom Advanced Power whitening lamp to activate a 25% hydrogen peroxide gel, which is believed to accelerate the whitening process. As the hydrogen peroxide breaks down, oxygen enters the enamel and dentin to bleach the stained substances without altering the tooth’s structure.
